Dear Pilots,
Thank you for registering for our (first) Fly-In on Saturday, October 11.
Below you will find some practical information for the day:
- The control tower will be active, providing AFIS service to coordinate arriving and departing traffic.
- Runway 16 will be in use for both landings and take-offs. (If wind conditions require the use of runway 34, this will be communicated on frequency.)
- After landing, aircraft not requiring refuelling are kindly requested to park in the grass green areas (nose facing south), as indicated by the green arrows. A marshaller will be present to guide you (see plan below)
- Aircraft requiring paved parking should vacate the runway via taxiway “B” or at the runway end and proceed to the RUAG area, parking spots 1–5. To reach the other side of the runway on foot, please do not cross the runway. Walk along the taxiway heading south, then climb over the fence (it is very low) and follow the road until you reach Heli TV
- Aircraft requiring fuel should proceed directly after landing to the refuelling area, following the blue arrows. Please ensure that only one aircraft at a time occupies the helicopter stands, as helicopter arrivals and departures may occur. After refueling, proceed to the green parking area.
- For departures, please follow the orange arrows, using taxiways “C” and “A” up to the holding point 16.
- Please carefully read the airport briefing
- Standard arrival times are between 0900 and 1200 LT. Arrivals between 1200 and 1330 are possible, but we kindly ask you to use this slot only if necessary (e.g. due to weather conditions). For these times, prior notification via ATC flight plan is required and appreciated also for the other arrivals (but is not mandatory). Departures are possible from 1330 onwards
- Arrivals from the north shall report over “Biasca” and, depending on traffic, will be instructed to perform a straight-in approach, proceed overhead to join the left-hand downwind for runway 16, or hold over Biasca.
Arrivals from the south shall report at “Claro” and will proceed for a left-hand downwind for runway 16.
We kindly ask for the utmost radio discipline, as periods of heavy traffic are expected. - For aircraft arriving from abroad, please remember that it is mandatory to complete the customs request form, available at the following link:

siamo lieti di confermare la vostra iscrizione al Fly In Lodrino 2025, che si terrà sabato 11 ottobre 2025 presso il Riviera Airport (LSPR).
Questa prima edizione vedrà la partecipazione di oltre 40 aeromobili: un risultato che ci riempie di entusiasmo e che vogliamo condividere con tutti voi.
In allegato trovate il briefing dell’aeroporto e le indicazioni del Fly-In (procedure di arrivo e partenza, circuiti di traffico, parcheggi, movimentazione al suolo, rifornimenti e altre informazioni utili della giornata).
Programma della giornata:
- 09:00 → Arrivi degli aeromobili (caffè e croissant offerti a tutti gli equipaggi all’arrivo)
- 12:00 → Pranzo
- 12:30 → Dimostrazione di droni
- 16:00 → Chiusura evento – arrivederci al 2026!
Ricordiamo che non sono previste tasse d’atterraggio e che saranno disponibili i servizi di dogana e carburante (Avgas e Jet A1, vedi briefing).

wir freuen uns, Ihre Anmeldung zum Fly In Lodrino 2025 zu bestätigen, das am Samstag, 11. Oktober 2025 am Riviera Airport (LSPR) stattfinden wird.
Diese erste Ausgabe wird die Teilnahme von über 40 Flugzeugen verzeichnen – ein Ergebnis, das uns begeistert und das wir gerne mit Ihnen teilen.
Im Anhang finden Sie das Flughafen-Briefing und die Fly-In-Informationen (An- und Abflugverfahren, Platzrunden, Abstellflächen, Bodenbewegungen, Betankung und weitere nützliche Informationen zum Tag).
Tagesprogramm:
- 09:30 → Ankunft der Flugzeuge (Kaffee und Croissant werden allen Crews bei der Ankunft angeboten)
- 12:00 → Mittagessen
- 12:30 → Drohnen-Demonstration
- 16:00 → Abschluss der Veranstaltung – auf Wiedersehen im Jahr 2026!
Bitte beachten Sie, dass keine Landegebühren erhoben werden und dass Zoll- sowie Treibstoffdienste (Avgas und Jet A1, siehe Briefing) verfügbar sind.

Cette première édition accueillera plus de 40 avions : un résultat qui nous enthousiasme et que nous souhaitons partager avec vous.
